The compact 3kg collaborative robot arm with 624mm reach and ±0.02mm repeatability — supplied, integrated and supported in the UK by Robot Center
The Elite Robots CS63 is a compact 6-axis collaborative robot (cobot) with a 3kg payload, 624mm reach and ±0.02mm repeatability. It is the smallest arm in the Elite Robots CS Series and is designed for lightweight, high-precision automation such as table-top assembly, pick and place, machine vision, soft-grip handling, lab automation, and research and education.
Weighing just 15kg with a Ø128mm base footprint, the CS63 fits onto benches, into tight workcells and alongside existing production lines where a traditional industrial robot would need far more space and fixed guarding. Robot Center works with Elite Robots to supply, integrate and support the CS63 for UK manufacturers, labs, universities and retail operators.

As a UK robotics specialist, Robot Center helps organisations choose, buy, integrate and optimise the Elite Robots CS63. We look at your parts, cycle time, gripper and workspace first, then recommend whether the CS63 is the right fit — or whether a larger CS Series cobot such as the CS66 (6kg, 914mm) or CS612 (12kg, 1304mm) would suit the job better.

The CS63 is built for small, repetitive, precision tasks where speed of deployment and a small footprint matter more than heavy payload. It is ideal for table-top cells, soft-grip handling and anywhere people and robots need to share the same space.
Popular CS63 applications include pick and place, assembly and screwdriving, machine vision, material handling and processing, retail and food service, plus research and education. It is used across automotive subcontractors, electronics, chemical and pharmaceutical, FMCG and smart retail.
Transfer, sort, pack and label small parts and products at speed. The CS63’s ±0.02mm repeatability and soft-gripper compatibility make it ideal for delicate or mixed-shape items on compact lines.
Automate screw and nut driving, tightening, part fitting and insertion for electronics and small mechanical assemblies — with consistent quality on every cycle.
Pair the CS63 with a camera to present parts for inspection, read codes and check for defects. Its compact reach makes it a natural fit for bench-top inspection cells.
Sanding, polishing, drilling, routing and light dispensing tasks on small parts, plus handling components between stations and fixtures.
Universities, colleges and R&D teams use the CS63 as an affordable, safe, bench-top cobot for teaching robotics, prototyping automation and lab sample handling.
In smart retail and hospitality, the CS63 can prepare, serve and hand over small items — a compact way to add eye-catching automation to kiosks and customer-facing spaces.
The CS63 combines precision, safety and simple programming in a small package. Every standard order includes everything you need to start automating:
There are three common ways UK organisations get started with the CS63. We will recommend the right route based on your budget, timescales and in-house skills.
Buying the CS63 outright is the best option for long-term, in-house automation. We supply the arm, controller and teach pendant, plus the right gripper and accessories for your application. See our UK cobot cost guide for typical budgets.
Spread the cost with leasing or Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS). This is ideal for pilots, proof-of-concept trials and businesses that want automation without a large upfront capital outlay.
For production use, we design and deliver the full cell — cobot, gripper, vision, fixtures, table or pedestal, safety risk assessment, programming and operator training — so your CS63 is productive from day one.
To get the best results from the CS63, correct setup, tooling and programming are essential. Robot Center supports you from first enquiry through to live production.
